Winkong Marine Innovation Consortium: Digital vessel maintenance
Global shipping is undergoing both a green transition and a digital transformation. Ship operators continue to face challenges such as inconsistent data standards, widespread data silos and a disconnect between planned maintenance and predictive operations. At the same time, the growing adoption of dual-fuel and smart vessels is increasing demand for efficient digital management tools.
At SMM 2026, Winkong Marine Innovation Consortium will present WinOrca FleetOne, an all-in-one vessel equipment maintenance solution comprising three core modules: WinOrca Plan for planned maintenance, WinOrca Sense for AI-powered predictive maintenance and WinOrca Stock for intelligent spare-parts warehouse management.
Based on the ISO 19848 international data standard, the solution assigns unified digital identities to equipment, maintenance records, surveys and materials, helping to break down data barriers across different workflows.
WinOrca Plan connects maintenance tasks with class society survey requirements, integrating planned maintenance and survey activities. WinOrca Sense uses an OT-AI dual-engine to monitor critical equipment and provide early warnings of potential risks.
WinOrca Stock assigns each spare part a unique digital ID, enabling traceability throughout its lifecycle. Connected with the other two modules, it is designed to optimise inventory strategies and support global supply-chain collaboration.
Together, the three modules form an integrated digital system covering planned and predictive maintenance as well as spare-parts management, providing ship operators with a consistent approach to vessel equipment maintenance.
