One of Denmark’s largest industrial leasing opportunities comes to market
One of the largest industrial leasing opportunities ever brought to the Funen market is now available. On behalf of CS Wind, Colliers Fyn has been appointed the letting of 370,000 sq m industrial space at Lindø in Munkebo, just outside Odense.
The space on offer comprises 42,500 sq m warehouse and production facilities and 327,500 sq m outdoor storage. The area is divided into nine flexible units, allowing occupiers to tailor solutions to their operational needs.
Located at the former Lindø Shipyard in the Port of Odense, the site benefits from extensive industrial infrastructure and direct access to port facilities. Until recently, the facilities were used by CS Wind for the production of monopiles for offshore wind turbines.
As part of a strategic consolidation of its operations, CS Wind has chosen to centralise its production activities in Aalborg. To ensure continued use of the Lindø facilities, the company has partnered with Colliers Fyn to identify new occupiers for the available space.
The area is particularly suitable for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and large-scale storage operations. Its port location also makes it attractive for maritime activities as well as companies operating in the renewable energy and offshore wind sectors.
