Seçkin Uz succeeds Ertuğ Yaşar, who held this position for nine years. “We would like to thank Ertuğ Yaşar for his outstanding work,” said Andreas Block, CEO of parent company Schottel Industries, in recognition of the previous Managing Director’s achievements. “Ertuğ Yaşar and with him all the managing directors, shareholders and employees have made a significant contribution to bringing the company to where it is today, demonstrating their commitment to their customers.” Ertuğ Yaşar will leave elkon on January 31, 2024 and thus relinquish all responsibilities within the company, according to Schottel.

Seçkin Uz was appointed Managing Director of Schottel Turkey in January 2022 and will continue to hold this position. He has been closely associated with Elkon in his role as CEO since May 2023. Both companies are based in Istanbul.
