With effect from 1 November, the Supervisory Board of the drive manufacturer Everllence has appointed Fabian Kley to the company’s Executive Board.
Kley is taking over responsibility for the Finance division, which he has already been managing on an operational basis since March 2026 as an authorised representative of the Executive Board. Fabian Kley has been with the company since 2019 and was most recently responsible for Corporate Strategy and M&A.
Hauke Stars, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Everllence SE: “Dr Fabian Kley has taken on extraordinary responsibility during a pivotal phase for Everllence. As Finance Director, he has steered the finance organisation safely through the preparations for the change of ownership and laid the foundations for a successful partnership with Bain Capital. At the same time, he is consistently driving forward the modernisation of the finance function and the further development of reporting and management tools. These skills are of particular importance, as requirements will change significantly in the wake of the new ownership structure. Fabian Kley will make a significant contribution to successfully continuing Everllence’s transformation.”
Uwe Lauber, Chief Executive of Everllence: “Fabian Kley has played a key role in shaping the strategic development of Everllence over the past few years. As Head of Strategy, he has set an important course for the transformation of our company and has taken the lead on the operational side of the change of ownership to Bain Capital on Everllence’s behalf. I look forward to continuing to work with Fabian Kley and to him bringing his experience and deep understanding of our business to the work of the Executive Board in his future role as CFO.”
