Tuco Marine and Lysgaard ShipHolding have entered into a strategic partnership. Together, they aim to offer flexible leasing options for the ProZero workboats.
The designer and manufacturer of the ProZero workboats is the Tuco Marine Group. Lysgaard ShipHolding specializes in bareboat chartering for the maritime industry. This cooperation is intended to enable the chartering of vessels from the ProZero series, providing companies worldwide with the opportunity to benefit from Tuco’s modern workboats on flexible terms, the two partners announced.
Tuco Marine is already producing the first vessel
The agreement was signed in Copenhagen at Lysgaard ShipHolding by Carina Breiting, CEO of Lysgaard ShipHolding, and Jonas Pedersen, CEO of Tuco Marine.
The first ProZero vessel available for charter under this partnership is reportedly already in production. It is a ProZero 11m Fast Rescue Daughter Craft. Currently, the ProZero series boat is in service in various configurations for customers in the UAE, the Netherlands, Angola, and the UK. As a daughter craft, it supports both standby and rescue operations as well as personnel transportation at sea. The boat is powered by two diesel generators and water jets.
