On April 1, 2026, Guido Schütte will take over as Chief Business Officer (CBO) of the Wago Group’s Automation division.
With this personnel decision, Wago is expanding its Management Board. According to the company, Guido Schütte has extensive international management experience in the electronics and software industry. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President Energy Management and a member of the Electronics Management Board at Hella Forvia. There he was responsible for the global management of the Product Center for Power Electronics and Battery Management Systems in the field of electromobility.
Prior to this, he held various management positions at Hella Forvia, including Vice President Power Electronics, Head of Product Cost Management and Head of Program Management Office, where he gained extensive experience in international business development and the successful positioning of new business areas. Guido Schütte holds a degree in computer science and a Master of Science in computer science from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo.
Guido Schütte will now bring these many years of experience to Wago in order to further expand the development and competitiveness of the Automation division. “Wago stands for innovative strength and reliability in automation technology.
