Saacke @ SMM

Saacke presents hybrid boilers and AMP solutions

At SMM 2026, Saacke will showcase its portfolio of marine combustion technology, fuel-flexible energy systems and lifecycle services. The family-owned company will be exhibiting at two locations: Hall A3, Booth 423, and an additional after-sales stand in the outdoor exhibition area at Booth A2.FG.03.

Under the motto “Marine Energy Expertise – Engineered in Germany. Integrated Worldwide.”, Saacke will present solutions for marine energy and heat generation. The focus is on the company’s three core areas – Engineering, Systems and Solutions – covering fuel-flexible combustion systems, heat generation, decarbonisation, electrification and lifecycle support.

One of the highlights is the “Hybrid Future Solutions” portfolio. This includes hybrid and composite boilers for steam generation and waste heat recovery, as well as AMP retrofit solutions that enable the electrification of heat generation while vessels are alongside. Saacke will also present technologies for LNG, methanol, ammonia, hydrogen and electric heating systems, supporting both newbuilding projects and the gradual modernisation of existing vessels.

A burner exhibit at the indoor stand will provide visitors with an insight into the company’s combustion technology. According to Saacke, the combination of engineering expertise, system integration and lifecycle support is designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and maximise system availability.

The outdoor stand will focus on after-sales services. The portfolio includes inspection, maintenance, repair, spare parts supply, modernisation and technical support for marine combustion systems. According to the company, these services are intended to maximise equipment availability, minimise unplanned downtime and extend the service life of onboard systems. Another burner exhibit will demonstrate maintenance, repair and retrofit solutions.

Through its global sales and service network, Saacke supports shipowners, ship managers and vessel operators worldwide. In addition to servicing its own equipment, the company also provides maintenance and retrofit services for combustion systems from other manufacturers.
