Noatum CSM is a joint venture between the AD Ports Group and the Columbia Group, which is part of Schoeller. The company is headquartered in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Xanthos Kyriacou, previously Regional Managing Director at Columbia, has now taken up the post of CEO at Noatum.
“Noatum CSM has played a key role in strengthening the range of ship management services available to shipowners and operators in the Middle East,” said Capt. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Columbia Group and supporting Noatum CSM’s next phase of growth.”
Andreas Hadjipetrou, CEO of the Columbia Group, commented on the appointment as follows: “Xanthos is an excellent choice to lead Noatum CSM into its next phase of growth. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to build trusting relationships, understand client needs and create opportunities for sustainable business development.” His entrepreneurial mindset makes him ideally suited to the role. “Xanthos has been a valued member of the Columbia family for many years; his passion, loyalty and commitment to delivering results have always been outstanding,” said Hadjipetrou, who recently succeeded Mark O’Neil. “As Noatum CSM continues to consolidate its position in the region, I am confident that Xanthos will further develop the company’s client-focused approach, deepen strategic partnerships and drive success for our clients and stakeholders.”
“I am proud to take on the role of CEO at Noatum CSM,” said Kyriacou himself. “We have a strong platform, an outstanding team and a clear opportunity to support shipowners operating in one of the world’s most strategically important maritime regions.”
