DSV appoints Koehnke as head of sea freight in Germany

As part of personnel changes, the Danish logistics company has appointed Torge Koehnke as Managing Director of DSV Air & Sea Germany.

Koehnke succeeds Frank Sobotka, who has been appointed as the new CEO of the global Air & Sea division. He will start in the new position on March 1, DSV has now announced.

Koehnke comes from the healthcare segment

The 48-year-old business economist (DAV) has been responsible for the Healthcare division at DSV Air & Sea as Global Director since 2021. Born in Hamburg, he can look back on extensive experience in management positions.

Following positions in Brazil and Mexico, Torge Koehnke served as Managing Director of the DSV organization in Mexico from 2009 and was successfully responsible for the Latin America region within the DSV Air & Sea division as Vice President from 2015 to 2020.
