Castrol names Shalini Kashyap Head of Marine & Energy

Castrol, a global provider of lubricants, has announced the appointment of Shalini Kashyap as CEO of its Global Marine and Energy business.

Shalini also serves as Vice President of Castrol’s Global Account Management (GAM) team, overseeing strategic relationships with key global customers in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Since joining the company in 2016, Shalini has held several senior leadership roles across the organisation. Prior to leading the GAM team, she was Global CFO of BP Pulse, BP’s electrification business, where she played a pivotal role in expanding operations across more than ten countries worldwide.
