The Mosolf Group is expanding its international presence in automotive and port logistics. The company has opened a new vehicle logistics and technology site in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) in Dubai.
The hub covers a total area of around 15,000 m². This includes vehicle parking areas and a hall measuring almost 1,000 m² for technical vehicle preparation and pre-delivery inspection (PDI). According to the company, the facility is equipped with photovoltaic-supported lighting systems. In a further expansion stage, solar-powered charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is also planned.
According to the press release, Jebel Ali is an important hub for vehicle flows between Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In 2025, almost 1.1 million vehicles were handled via the port. RoRo volumes increased by 15% compared to the previous year.
Mosolf intends to use the site to further develop its international port and vehicle logistics strategy and expand its range of technical vehicle and logistics services for international distribution networks. In addition to traditional vehicle handling, this also includes technical preparation, quality control, digital process control and regional distribution.

DP World also sees the move as an addition to the automotive ecosystem in Jafza. Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO Parks & Zones at DP World GCC, explained that Mosolf is expanding its specialized services for vehicle logistics and technology there.
Mosolf was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Kirchheim unter Teck. According to the company, the group has 51 locations in Europe. At the beginning of 2024, the company was divided into the business units “Logistics & Services” and “Special Vehicles”. Maritime Logistics includes locations in Wilhelmshaven, Cuxhaven and Zeebrugge. Mosolf also expanded its network in the areas of RoRo, breakbulk, project logistics and high & heavy with the acquisition of the Transport Overseas Group at the beginning of 2025.
