IMES expands presence in northern Germany

The Kaufbeuren-based company IMES, which specializes in sensor technology, is expanding its presence in northern Germany and strengthening its sales team with Ali Awad.

Ali Awad took over sales in the maritime industry in northern Germany and Denmark for IMES on January 1, 2025. He will support customers from the office in northern Germany.

Ali Awad brings with him many years of experience and expertise in supporting shipping companies in the field of engine measurement technology. Before taking up his new position at IMES, he worked for the Schleswig-Holstein-based company TX Marine Messsysteme as Product and Service Manager.

“I am delighted that we can actively support our maritime customers directly from northern Germany. I have known Ali for more than ten years and I am convinced that he will be a good addition to our team,” says IMES Managing Director Stefan Neumann.
