Heesen Yachts unveils the luxury yacht “Serena”

Heesen Yachts has officially launched its latest luxury yacht, the YN 20555, named “Serena.” The yacht’s owners, along with their family, attended the launch and christening ceremony on August 23.

Sold and project-managed by Arcon Yachts Monaco, the construction of the luxury yacht “Serena” began in the spring of 2022. The experienced yacht owners joined the project early, allowing them to work closely with Heesen’s skilled engineers and the renowned Luca Dini Design and Architecture team. Together, they aimed to create a luxurious, homely, and welcoming interior perfect for extended stays on the water.

Innovative Yacht Design Features

According to Heesen Yachts, Arcon’s expert team optimized the yacht’s layout, focusing on maximizing comfort within the existing boundaries. Special attention was given to the yacht’s main deck and skylounge bars. The three-deck atrium was completely redesigned to enhance the yacht’s interior space, contributing to a more spacious and open feel. The interior of “Serena” boasts light woods with velvet finishes, smoked eucalyptus, bronze metal accents, soft fabrics, and leather, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. The Amazonite marble inlays add elegant, colorful touches, while chevron-patterned wood panels on vertical surfaces in the atrium and lobbies provide a tailored and expansive ambiance.

The main saloon of this luxury yacht is divided into three distinct areas. A fully equipped, bronze-finished bar near the sliding doors connects the main deck aft terrace with the lounge area, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces—ideal for formal dining. The Sky Lounge serves as the central hub for indoor social life and entertainment. It features a hammered bronze bar, a customized games table, and comfortable seating areas perfect for watching movies or reading, making it an ideal space for relaxation and gatherings.

The luxury yacht’s beach club, naturally illuminated through two glass portholes, is designed to resemble a waterside salotto. The onboard sauna has been enhanced with a larger glass door and elegant wood finishes, providing a refined spa experience.

Accommodation for Guests and Crew

The luxury yacht “Serena” can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in five well-appointed cabins. The owners’ suite, located on the main deck forward, includes a lounge, office space, a spacious full-beam cabin with a private veranda, two large ‘his and hers’ walk-in closets, and a luxurious bathroom. On the lower deck, there are four guest staterooms: two doubles with athwartship beds for optimal walking space and two twins with additional Pullman beds. Each stateroom features a private en-suite bathroom, each with unique marble finishes in different colors. The bridge deck also includes a gym, which can be easily converted into an additional cabin if necessary.

Deck and Storage Facilities

The tender and water toys are conveniently stored on the main deck forward. This includes a state-of-the-art tender and jet skis, which the crew can easily deploy into the water, maintaining guest privacy and comfort.

The 110-square-meter sun deck offers versatile furniture arrangements to suit various occasions, enhancing hospitality options on board. A forward seating area provides an ideal spot for guests to enjoy breathtaking views and the refreshing sea breeze while cruising.

The launch of the luxury yacht YN 20555 “Serena” by Heesen Yachts represents a new standard in custom yacht building, combining innovative design, luxurious comfort, and advanced technology to offer a unique experience on the water.
