Greensea IQ founds alliance for underwater maintenance

Greensea IQ and Seaward Marine Services want to join forces in the future. To this end, they have concluded a multi-year strategic agreement.

Both Greensea IQ and Seaward Marine Services specialise in the maintenance of ship hulls. The two companies plan to work together for the next five years.

The new alliance aims to expand the service offering of both companies by combining their expertise in underwater hull cleaning (UWHC) technologies and services for the marine industry.

Under this strategic collaboration, Greensea IQ and Seaward will combine their experience and capabilities to provide a comprehensive solution for UWHC. Seaward will integrate Greensea IQ’s proactive EverClean service into its portfolio, adding state-of-the-art technology to its offering, it said.

Greensea IQ complements portfolio with divers

At the same time, Greensea IQ will expand its service offering by incorporating Seaward’s diverse marine services, which are performed by experienced divers.

“This relationship with Greensea IQ is a natural complement to Seaward’s 50+ years of commitment and passion for exceptional service in UWHC. We look forward to working with the team at Greensea IQ,” says Greg Lee, President of Seaward Marine Services.

And John Dunn, COO of Greensea IQ, adds: “Greensea IQ is thrilled to enter into this partnership with Seaward Marine Services. Their long-standing commitment to excellence in underwater hull cleaning aligns perfectly with our mission to provide state-of-the-art hull maintenance solutions and maritime service technology. We look forward to the upcoming collaboration and to combining our expertise to provide unparalleled service to our customers and the industry.”
