The aim of this event is to shed light on how modern digital technologies can improve business processes.
The one-and-a-half hour seminar will focus on the transformative impact of advanced technologies such as AI, IoT and enhanced connectivity in the maritime industry.
The session will bring together a diverse group of participants, including ship owners and operators, technology innovators and research organisations, all coming together to discuss the evolving dynamics of the maritime industry.
Leading shipping company representatives talk about digitalisation
Donya-Florance Amer, Chief Information and Human Resources Officer at Hapag-Lloyd AG, will be one of the panellists. She will provide insights into the digital world of Hapag-Lloyd – one of the largest container shipping companies in the world.
Other speakers will include Pankaj Sharma from Performance Optimisation Control Room at Columbia Shipmanagement. Marty Cochrane, CEO Ceataec a Wilhelmsen Group Company, and Matthias Bloete, Director, Finance, Controlling & Corporate Development at Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG, will also be present.
