Two established companies in yacht outfitting have formed a partnership to offer an integrated interior service. Winkels Interior Design and the R&M Group are now jointly active in the market under the brand All-in-One Interiors, providing complete solutions from engineering to aftercare.
The concept behind All-in-One Interiors is to bring all interior-related tasks under one contract and one point of accountability. The scope covers all areas on board, including owner and crew accommodation, wheelhouses, technical rooms, and external furniture.
Alongside joinery and design, the portfolio includes insulation, HVAC, noise and vibration control, fire safety, and stainless-steel galleys. The service is complemented by protection and cleaning during the build phase, as well as maintenance and refurbishment after delivery.
Combining expertise
Winkels contributes more than 60 years of experience in bespoke yacht interiors and in-house joinery, with production facilities close to the German–Dutch border. R&M brings its background as a global provider of customised ship interiors, with particular expertise in thermal and acoustic insulation and integrated interior systems.
By coordinating early and making use of parallel production, the partners aim to shorten lead times, reduce interfaces, and limit the risk of rework. Keeping production largely in-house also supports control over quality, schedules, and costs.
All-in-One Interiors is set up to provide support throughout the lifecycle of a project. Services include project calculation, engineering, production, logistics, international project management, site management, installation, and aftercare. This integrated approach is designed to ensure consistent results across all parts of a vessel.
Added value for owners and builders
For both new builds and complex refits, the partnership aims to reduce project risk, optimise budgets, and shorten lead times, while ensuring consistent quality across interior areas. The cooperation also provides opportunities for joint research and development in sustainable materials and advanced systems, in line with the industry’s growing focus on efficiency and environmental performance.
